I always wonder what it would be like just to be normal for 1 day I once told a doctor I didn't want to be sick anymore and he said I would have this for the rest of my life

I know how you feel. I have bipolar too. On the flip side I always tell my husband, I wish you could be sick for one day just so you know how hard it is. The suffering is so big. Maybe my husband could love me and forgive me more if he knew just for one day what it was like. Sorry a doctor said that to you. It is forever but maybe it gets better/ easier.
