I am 19 years old and my fiance is 22. We are getting married in October of this year and we really want to adopt ASAP as I just got told I am not able to concieve. How would we go about this? I live in Iowa if that is needed info. I know you can't adopt until 21 but since he is 22 going on 23 could it be possible he just adopt then I get added on some how?! Someone please help! We have been trying for a year to have our own baby. I don't really want any hate because I want a baby so young....I just want to know how I can become a mother. Please help!
I think most adoption agencies require you to be established and a bit older, this isn't to discourage you, but it might be awhile before you could apply. Hugs!
