I am 23 I have tried to lose weight many times. I am recently trying again but I have a hard time keeping motivated. I need to lose 100 pounds which is really hard but I want to do it buy working out and eating healthy. I don't really have any friends who are in this situation even my husband can even eat whatever he wants and not gain a thing. I thought maybe that of I can find some other people who are going through the same thing it might help me.

maybe you have to like rereview yourself, what were your mistakes before and learn from it. losing weight needs much of self discipline.

same here. 26 with 30-40 lbs to lose.
