I am feeling awful that I just ate a half a bag on Girl Scout cookies. Once I eat one I can't stop.

I'm exactly the same way. I have been eating better though mostly because I put everything in bags. See the serving size on your box? That's how much you put into the bag of your rations. Then write a paper saying "Only eat 'blank' a day" so whenever you go back to eat, you'll see the paper and tell yourself "Okay I have 'blank' bags I can eat for the rest of the day". Try it, it really works

That last bit of advice with the labeling and separating into bags sounds helpful. Have you tried it?

@bruindream I have! I’m just a teenager so my mom would get pissed if I were to cut veggies and stuff. I cut fruits which helps me get into the mentality to eat healthy. It’s ready, it’s fresh, and it’s already packed
