I am feeling over whelmed with all the weight loss thinking, every time i think about eating right I tend to eat more. I over eat and I eat even when ii'm not hungry and then that makes me go down hill then i want comfort food which makes it ten times worse. I just dont know what to do, Maybe I'll feel better in the morning. I'll let ya'll know tomorrow. Good night.
I can't diet and really don't think it works, but if you want to eat healthier I do think Whole30 helps, you can find all the recipes online or in the library for free and you can eat as much as you want, it just has to be whole foods, no sugar and no grains. It puts a firm you can eat/you can cannot eat. I find it is a good reset.
