Hi everyone,
I joined this site over the weekend. Today officially makes 5 days of not b/p. I generally b/p anywhere between 3-5 times during the work week and if I am by myself on the weekends all day long. Its exhausting and pitiful. I would be so furious if I caculated how much $$ I've WASTED on this horrible disease.
Anyway, I just hope to keep this up and NOT look on the scale to see if I've gained.
I appreciate your support and encouraging words in advance.
Anyone else in my shoes? Any words of wisdom?
