I am struggling to quit. I have so many reasons to no longer smoke, and I don’t like that I smoke. However, every time I decide today is the day, I find myself increasingly stressed about other things in my life and end up smoking more than before. Any tips for dealing with anxiety while trying to quit?
When I quit, I had to pray a lot. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. And be4 that I tried so many times. Even after I quit I still had dreams about smoking. But later I was so glad I did it. I was proud of myself, felt like I could breathe better and do physical things better, and saved money. Also, I was glad I did because my father died of lung cancer and my mother got breast cancer. So in the end I got breast cancer and it could have spread to my lungs. Soooooo glad I quit smoking 35 years ago.
