hello and welcome to the group!! So sorry I didn't see your comment earlier!! Are you using any type of treatment or vitamins to help the symptoms?? Super B complex with a minimum of 50mg of B6 helps with energy and flaxseed oil and black Cohosh helps the hot flashes. Exercise is very important as well... Hope you stop in often to share the joys of menopause...
Thanks I will add the B6 as I am currently taking vitamins and exercising. I am a 1 1\2 year colon cancer survivor trying to do things naturally.
@Ladycie That's awesome!! I am going it all natural as well. Folic acid is another great supplement. I use 800mcg daily. I swear if I miss my supplements, by noon im cranky, sweaty, lackluster, edgy and jumpy...hubby knows right away I missed my morning vitamins!! Great to hear you are kicking cancers butt!! YAY!!
