I couldn't sleep last night because im so anxious, any suggestions on how to possibly help this?
Sorry to hear that! If you drink warm milk before you go to sleep its suppost to help you fall sleep. Also, if you get on a normal schedule every day and make sure you wake up in the morning and start your day. The more active and busy you are the more tired you will be at night when you go to bed. When you get a good schedule with your sleep, your body will get used to it. You'll get used to being tired at night.
Sorry for what you are going through. Anxiety attaches are the worse, I feel sometimes I am going from one rabbit hole to the other. What I do that sometime helps, is taking in a deep breath from one nostril closing the other with my finger and letting it out through the other nostril by closing the first with my finger again. Keep alternating till it passes.

The only way to help is to dwal with the stress - make at leaat one resolution or somethinng you intend to do to help with whatevers bothering you. Sometimes this is just confronting a person or having a tough conversation. Write down an action plan. Stick to the plan.
If you cant face the issue head on write down everything youre feeling and you will have some release. Then you can do what others suggested - milk, exercise whatever. Deal with the axiety.
