I don't know if this will help some of you but it had helped me a few times. Whenever you get a thought and you want to analyze it or anything, don't! But its also hard not to because we all have OCD so what I say is "I'll deal with it later" simple? It's kinda like telling yourself you can figure it out later, but all in all I bet you'll forget about what you were thinking about when later comes! So it helped me stop annaylizing things in the past and now. So just a little thing I picked up, hope it helps!
