I feel absolutely awful about myself. Sometimes I'm okay and

I feel absolutely awful about myself. Sometimes I'm okay and eat healthy, but recently it's like I've gotten lazy again. I hate so much how I picture myself skinny, but then refuse to take the steps to get there. Anybody relate?

Take those steps...don't get lazy....take charge of your eating ! It takes work to conquer binge eating....but well worth it. Take each day at a time....make steady improvements, and you will be on your way to success !
