I feel as though, maybe, I would feel better about my body if I actually ate better and got toned or something. I just can't really find the motivation to exercise or anything. Any suggestions?
Baby steps. If you don't eat any vegetables at all, make a goal to start eating vegetables. If you don't get any exercise at all, make a goal to walk briskly for a half hour a day. Or wherever your at... make it a point to improve, to start doing something you haven't been doing even if it's just a bare slight improvement, and then a few days later, add on another improvement.
I agree with Dust_in_the_wind. Baby steps. Start going for a walk. Even if it ten minutes or so. Find active activities that you enjoy. Like dancing. Zumba or dance while cleaning. Anything little to start will help u slowly get motivated.
