@Raheem Azule I told him how I feel I never said it was his fault I told him I havent smoked or self harmed in over a year and insisted that I still am doing both. I can reassure you all im not that hurt me the most.

If he's a narc, it's useless to try unfortunately. Everytime I asked my ex to give me space, not even to support how I feel, it would be a fight. Suddenly, she is the one suffering from the exact thing I just had. It's just ridiculous how much we give and they never appreciate.
