@LollyNews Busy, I was back at work again with alot of hot flashes for company…whew!!! How are you my friend ? I do hope you had a good day. I got a walk in too, it was good too stretch…did you get out and about a little bit? It takes awhile to wind down after work, thinking/reflecting about it all. …

When I say I don’t do anything except a few adaptagens , that’s a lot actually. Just no actual hormone replacement therapy. Or testing.

@LollyNews Oh I know you are on it…good for you. I have a cat. How many dogs do you have? WEather is very warm and humid here…nice in the evenings to get out a bit…my cat waits at the door for me…you would think I abondoned him for days…hahaha …so cute and attentive…and very good looking, if a mother can brag about her furry son, hahaha. Have a great walk with the pups tomorrow.
