I feel so crappy right now, I got caught shoplifting today and I can't shake this feeling of anxiety anywhere I go. even my own house. I've been stealing for years and I didn't get caught, I got too ***** and I did, they didn't press any charges but I did get banned. my anxiety won't go away and I know it's bad but I really do need help.
