I feel totally out of control with my sugar. I think about it all day and try and figure out when and where I can get it. I have quit before and then got right back into it. I exercise and try to eat right, otherwise, but then I sabotage my efforts by eating a pack of cookie dough. I am going to try and go cold turkey and even stay off fruit for a while. I need to do it, it is so depressing and defeating to feel so weak and bad about myself. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
Make your mind up Lisaann5 and have many sugarfree snacks ready. I understand this all too well. I teach fitness and could not get off of sugar for a long time, I was so very addicted. The jump start of how I got off was watching a video on how to make suckers. It really made me sick to think I was putting all that sugar into my body. Youtube has great videos that will convince to to get off of sugar and stay off for good. You did it once you can do it again. I will support you in the wonderful way of eating.
