I found my older sister laying on the floor in the closet with the door closed. She had just come off the phone with her husband.

Before that she was quite fine. She had just finished cooking lunch and was in the process of doing laundry.

I asked her why was she laying down in the closest and she said because she wanted to be there. This is my sister who told us she was staying with us temporarily because she needed to rest; mentally & physically. She said her husband would give her ultimatums and virtually force her to do things against her principles or threatened that he COULD find another woman who could do it among other things as a wife and a mother. I told my sister that that was mental and emotional torture. Who threatens a wife to go to another woman if she did clean better, cook better , do certain sexual acts? THAT'S CRUEL AND DEMONIC as a 'man' who made vows before God.

I called her husband to let him know.....NOT KNOWING that he was the catalyst in all of what was going on. He claimed she was fine after he talked to her, but when I told her I called her husband, she became very upset and told me that he said he wanted a divorce and she must come for the remaining of her stuff today. Then she started to cry.

This is my sister who has just become mentally ill because her husband can't get past her 1 affair but she's forgiven him for his multiple affairs.

CRUEL THING IS: He wants HER to tell the children that they are divorcing because she had an affair. He's not even mentioning the affairs he's had to the kids. WHAT A WHIMP! A PIECE OF SH*T! He wants to remain immaculate- looking to his kids and want them to believe that it's their Mom who broke up the family . How cruel is that?

I had to tell her she needs to accept the fact that he wants to leave and get a grip on her sanity because she won't be of any use to her kids if she's mentally unstable.

Well, I have my own problems, but regardless, seeing that all has happened and it's the weekend....I urged her for a family outting with just me, her and her girls and my son. We went for McDonalds and then went to a spot where usually tourists hang out and we listened to the live band and me and the kids danced. I think I distracted both of our minds from life's problems; if only for a while. The night didn't end so bad. I loved it how the tourists danced with my son and I had a great time on the conga line ;-) That being said, it's okay to dance through your pain/storms. I always let the voice of my Mom echo in my head when I'm feeling fearful or preoccupied. They say, "LIVE each day!" Don't worry about tomorrow or yesterday.
