I go through these periods of feeling great and not having any anxiety and then immediately after I go through these periods where I'm anxious all day and the only thing I can think is hocd. Will it always be like this?
No, you have to learn how to beat it by just accepting and agreeing with the thoughts and anxiety. Keep doing that over and over and the thoughts most likely will disappear or not cause any alarm for your brain to cause anxiety
