i had psoriasis for a year now,, is been really tough for me ,, sometimes I just seat home and cry sometimes

No one talks to me at work cuz I'm not like the rest of the ppl,they don't have psoriasis
Greetings everyone... New to the group and first time posting, I also have plaque psoriasis (15 years now) as well as psoriatic arthritis with the onset of chronic joint inflammation and pain... Have tried many many treatments to date and always looking... I've had good success with Clobetasol propionate Ointment for the skin and solution for the scalp as long as your consistent in the use... I was also fortunate to fine a UVB light booth many years ago and have had some success... Tried other medicines over the years even some of the new Biologic's but had side effects. Working on diet now and starting to feel a little better and will continue to go down that road for many reason... I sympathize with those of you affected with depression... how can one not get depressed dealing with psoriasis! I'll keep checking in from time to time with updates and hopefully some of us will discover something that really works well... Never give up!!! Best wisher to all... John from Washington State...
