I hate the feeling of waking up after a really bad binge the previous day. I mean REALLY bad. I must have gained so much weight and it gives me A LOT of anxiety!
And now I have to eat again...
you're just describing my typical day. Ugh that insane bloat is killing me :/

When you have an urge to binge again, just let the urge come and go. Completely feel it and just refuse to act on it. 'Listen' to the urge. When I first started off, my urge lasted me for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Now my urges are like a few seconds long before I decide to ignore them.

Awwww! I feel your pain. I've been there! Just let it go and make better choices today and drink lots of water. Don't be so hard on yourself and know you can make changes today! You can do it and tomorrow you will feel so much better! Hang in there!
