I have been dealing with PCOS since I was 19. I'm now 33 and can't seem too get a handle on it. I've been eating healthy (95%) and exercising 6-7 times a week. I need help..the cravings for carbs are killing me..
Does fruit help any to help curb the crave? sometimes at night frozen blueberries will be a welcome sweet treat for me. what does the group do when having a sugar/carb crave?
CRY! lol just kidding. I have been drinking more water and eating more fiber. That seems to help me a bit more. I feel more full now after eating less if that makes sense.
