I have been dealing with really heavy anxiety yesterday and today. I even felt like I was woken up by the feelings of a panic attack. I saw my mother yesterday and sometimes that just brings me down or reminds me of pieces of my childhood I wish to forget, but the lingering feeling of anxiety today is really outside of my norm. Trying to stay positive and breathe.

There are plenty of days where I want to turn my brain off or forget the past bc of things being too difficult to deal with. I hope your day gets calmer :)
