I have been depressed since covid hit. It only gotten worse

I have been depressed since covid hit. It only gotten worse. Recently I've been trying new methods to help me out of this hole. Seems like only a few work somewhat. Idk maybe I'm being impatient. I do like the sleep videos with rain or stream sounds.

Any other suggestions?

There are many different things. Meds, different types of therapy, exercise, getting time in the sun, adjusting your diet, being more social, having a pet, trying new things/activities, meditation, etc. The list goes on and on. Everybody's different. Trial and error to figure out what works for you. Some things do take time tho.

Agree with @Jordan5683. Hydrate, therapy if available to you. Covid has been rough for sure.
