I have been diagnosed with BPD, anxiety and Bipolar. I am currently in therapy but I have not been put on any medications yet. I am reading a lot about the diagnosis and trying some alternative therapy methods such as art therapy, grounding therapy and writing. Does anyone have any other alternative methods they use that seem to help with the emotional feelings that overload?
