I have been feeling a lot of stress when ir comes to the end of my 8 week school term. I just feel like I have so much on my plate. the stress has been so much I have been getting ulcers for the past three weeks. I'm not sure how to handle all the stress.

I wonder if you have time to take out of your day, like 5 minutes or so to focus on self care? Or if there is something you already do, find a way to make it extra special to add to relaxation? school can be so stressful, and it is important not to let the stress of it weigh you down to the point it starts affecting your grades. Sometimes putting down a book, and leaving it for 5 or 10 minutes can help with retention more than pushing through it. what does the group think?
