Your girlfriends reaction sounds really extreme. I'm sorry this is happening to you. I would ask Her why she feels so negatively about you being fb friends with your ex. If you've had any troubles lately and its worth showing her that she can trust you then I would delete the ex~ if you can't see any reason for your girl to be so worried I would suggest getting some space about what you deserve. It's okay for your girlfriend to request you to not have contact but her reaction of telling you to leave the house is not okay. Put yourself first, after that your girlfriend and if your girlfriend is worth keeping say goodbye to the ex
