I have had arthritis in my hands, feet and knees on both sides. Usually after an eight hour day of walking at work it flares really bad on my right side like yesterday. I wear knee supports and compression gloves to help, but pain still gets through. I came home yesterday and took an Epsom salt bath which helped some.
Yesterday i tried bactine spray on an ankle ache and i think it helped some.

Oh and sometimes chsnging height or support base of shoes help.
