I have had some negative thoughts about myself and my weight!! Happy to report I am down 7 pounds and working my way towards my goal!! A great support system and the fight and drive have really helped!! You all can do this too!!!

Weightloss begins in the mind. If you tell yourself daily you will make good eating decisions, you will exercise, you will get healthier, then your body will follow. But you have to believe you can in order to be successful! Try putting up sticky notes all around the house with positive affirmations written on them, that way all day you are building up your positive thoughts and feelings of self worth. You deserve to be healthy and happy, so go get it! :-)
