I hope everyone is having a good day/week. Tomorrow is a new day which I am personally thankful for. I have been a little stressed and did not get to the gym today which never helps... actually, I didn't really even leave the house, I just been couped up studying for a test. Next time, I will know better and at least get out to go for a quick walk. When my nerves get the better of me the sugar cravings really kick in. I'm realizing how much I use it for support during stress and now that I don't have it I need other coping mechanisms. Instead of sugar I did make some "cookies" made out of unsweetened shaved coconut and bananas. They did not hit the spot because what I really wanted was something sweet but I still ate too many of them. Oddly, I don't feel full like I used to after a sugar binge, so I guess that's a good thing. Still, like I said before, tomorrow's a new day and I can't wait for that! Hope to hear from you guys, I'd love a good positive story from you... doesn't even have to be about food!
