No! Your much too strong for that. I felt the same way when I found out a yr ago, it seems impossible to get over now but it's going to be okay. Promise. It gets easier. Your life is only beginning. You can actually take meds for it if you like, to prevent outbreaks & things. Speak w/your doctor, ask questions. More people have it than you think, just nobody talks abt it. The pain will go away & you'll gain great strength.
try using tea tree oil ( Melaluca ) it will help the outbreaks heal faster and take the pain away!

Mine lasted abt a week.. But I had it 2 days after intercourse. Everyone's different
It depends on each person. Mine lasted almost two weeks I was in so much pain I could bearly walk meds didn't help but after I used some essential oils in the sores I started to heal faster and got better.
