I just realized I am out of my sleep medications, both of them. I am freaking out because I know without them I will have horrible flashback nightmares if I fall asleep at all...Still no word about being admitted. Hopefully I will hear back tomorrow. If I make it to tomorrow without having another panic attack....

Do you have any tea like chamomile, herbal there's also valerian but don't mix it with other sedatives maybe it'll help enough to get through tonight try not to think its going to happen music or drawing before so you are not thinking. No matter what keep it in mind the sun will come up

I am gonna try to get some sleep, but its doubtful. and i have a ride tomorrow which is good. But I am hoping that they just admit me for a few days. Their hope is to admit me and give me a few days were they get me comfortable and pain free. To if nothing else, just give me a break from the constant level 8-10 pain that I deal with 24/7. My primary care is getting really angry that no one will help me. And he is really concerned about my feet, which have gotten so swollen that I cant bend my toes. He has no idea why either.

I hope they find out what's wrong and will be able to lower your pain level. Sounds like you have a good primary that's fighting for you

@Hcece30 Yea he is good. And its nice that his office is in a huge hospital. Which makes the admitting part easier than an outside practice. And they have zero idea why my feet are swelling. I have no diabetes or kidney issues. The main issue is the fact that I have a very large hernia that they can’t figure out how to fix.

Sorry it's taking them so long its really frustrating. It took a few years and docs to find the right diagnosis and start trying treatments for my ra and lupus it would be nice if one test would tell everything

@Hcece30 Yea it is very frustrating. I’ve been in and out of the hospital most of my life. But this is the most pain I have ever been in and I had a chest tube put in while I was awake once, and this is worse. They know most of what is wrong with me, but they cant figure out how to safely fix my hernia( it’s a very complicated situation). And now I am not allowed to work, drive or lift anything weighing more than a gallon of milk, for fear of making it worse. So i have been out of work for almost 6 months and am starting to go a little stir crazy. They think I will be out for a minimum of a year but in reality, they dont think I will ever be able to go back to work.

I would feel feel the same way. Have you seen different doctors about the hernia?

@Hcece30 Well I have seen 2 gastroenterologists, 3 colorectal surgeons, 1 obgyn surgeon, and 2 general surgeons. All of them agree that surgery is a must, but none want to do it. I have a very messed up gut from so many traumas, surgeries and life-threatening infections. I am planning on going to a big name hospital that is highly recommended and has the 3 best colorectal surgical department. Unfortunately they are more than an hour away. So I either have to find a ride or ride a train for a few hours with my walker, and hope I can make the walk from the train to the hospital.

Wow that is a lot of doctors. can have your doctor send the file to see if they would be willing to do the surgery before you have to travel there

Have you ever tried Bach Flower Rescue Remedy? I realize that it will not be as potent as your anxiety medications; however, it's pretty effective on its own. It costs about $8 at the health food store.

Its not the first time that **** some how got into my house. I caught him with my house key not too long ago, using at my front door. The creepiest part is that none of the copies were missing. And before anyone asks, yes I did change the lock when I caught him in the act. He's lame excuse for having my house key and using in my front door, was that he found it on the sidewalk a few days before in front of my house and wasn't sure if it went to my house or not.... yeahh i believe that crap.
