I’m new to the support group environment, I’ve kinda always just navigated on my own I suppose. I used to identify as bisexual and have come to realize I lean more towards the label “lesbian”. I’m 19, and it can feel pretty isolating, as well as challenging to meet new people being my sexuality.

Welcome! This is a safe environment to get things out. Most of us totally understand the challenges you're describing, but also realize it's not exclusive to the gay community. Keep posting and getting your feelings out, we support you!

Welcome to the group. :-)

Thank you for welcoming me

i completely understand, I live in a conservative town and it can be hell trying to navigate it as a queer person. welcome to sg, hope you find what you're looking for! :)

Thank you I appreciate that :). I just recently made a big move adding a little bit to the stress. I now live in a pretty small town in a state that is know to be conservative I think. I like the area, and I am hoping it will not actually be as bad as the stereotype
