I’m still using the fitness app group that I joined, it’s been not quite two weeks. I’ve not been perfect. I sometimes, ok, usually go over my calories and I may occasionally eat things I shouldn’t, though less frequently now that I’m logging food. I’m using it to learn to be more mindful of what I am putting in my body and also trying to develop a regular excercise schedule. Trying to develop healthier habits and a positive relationship with food. It’s going to be a long journey, so I’m not even stressing about weight loss, just focusing on being kind to my body and developing healthy patterns of behavior that will serve me well over the years.

@Jenny789123 sounds good. I need to use an app more to track. I try to keep it all in my head.
