I made a post earlier but it doesn't seem to have posted. Any who, I have really bad seasonal allergies that seem to be getting worse so I went to an Allergist to see what it is I'm allergic too. I half expected to find out I'm allergic to cats since it seems it never stops. Turns out I have allergies to something in all 3 allergy seasons (spring, summer, fall) and I have moderate asthma. I know I get short of breath but I thought it was just my anxiety. Although at times I have been short of breath and haven't felt anxious...well know I know. So my doctor started me on symbicort and proair HFA for a "rescue" inhaler for when I'm short of breath. Just another DX to add to all my others.

hugs to you. allergies are so frustrating, I am sorry you got stuck with having some in all allergy seasons. Has it gotten better since the symbicort?

Yes I am surprised how quick the symbicort is helping. I did use the proair twice and with the new nasal spray...I can breath. I didn't realize how short of breath I was until now that I am breathing better. I feel less anxious too so some of my anxiety was due to not breathing right I guess

I can't breathe adequately either. Between the allergies, humidity, heat, etc, I have an awful time breathing. I, as well as asthma, have COPD and chronic respiratory failure. The weather does not comply very much to my breathing!
