I made more effort to control the way I felt today by not getting angry or losing my temper. I wont lie to you by saying I have had my moments when I would lose my cool and try to make things better about the way I felt by lying to myself thinking all the wrong things and doing it for all the wrong reasons. I too can relate to Schizophrenia.

It's really hard to think all the right things all the time. Your thoughts can't always be right. I think the brain just rapidly throws out multiple views of what it perceives as problems and we're left to pick one.
