I'm not any kind of doctor, but I watched the movie called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead about the guy in Australia who decided to change his eating habits and cured himself. Not saying its a cure all, but its an amazing testimony for how a plant based diet can stop inflammatory processes in the body that lead to disease.
