I recently found out I am allergic to soy wheat nuts and eggs. It took 15 years of trying to convince my doctors that my stomach problems and breathing issues were not related to anxiety. I am also borderline diabetic. Not sure what to eat except meat, fruit and veggies. Back to the basics and boring. Anyone have suggestions for food options?

Although the book is about preventing heart disease, you also learn what causes diabetes in the first place, and how it affects veins and your heart, and how to prevent that from happening. Very good book, i read it and i recommend it.

You can also go to a dermatologist, and do a allergy test. They inject all kinds of substances in your back, that's how my mother found out she was allergic to kobalt blue, banana and what not.

I'm so happy for you that you discovered at least some substances on what you are allergic to, that way you can improve your life by preventing eating these things.

I have found fruit, vegetables, and brown rice cakes to be helpful. What sort of foods do you like the best?

Maybe rice, potatoes, beans and if you haven't found a bread you can eat yet try potato bread. I'm sure you can find some without wheat or soy.
