Hey dear. Be strong. Cutting is not who you are. It will not make you feel better. Fight it, you are stronger than you think you are... I will support you. Pray , talk to God, me, Kwinn and anyone who cares enough to listen. It will get better.

It's hard I know but try and stay strong, don't let it get to your head. Remind yourself that you're wayyyyy better than this
