If this pain doesn't go away soon I'm going to just complete

If this pain doesn't go away soon I'm going to just completely go insane

I understand. It should fade with time, but there are some things that you need to do. One is get therapy, if you're not already doing that. Another is to keep as busy as possible. Make a list of the things that you need to do, and do them. Check them off as they're completed.

When you're not working on those things, you need to find other ways to keep busy. Talk walks outside, if you can. Listen to music. Talk to friends or family if possible; if you don't feel like talking, just BE with them. Go to new places and look around. Look into classes or events for things you haven't tried before; check your local library, adult education center, social center, Meetup, everything.

The more time you spend alone and inactive, the more time you spend without anything to distract you, the more you're going to hurt. You have to be aware of that, and take steps to avoid those dangerous and painful situation. Just remember that this won't last forever. It may FEEL as if it will, but the pain will fade over time.

In other words, hang on! It will get better.

If this is not a physical pain then I would like to suggest that you figure out why you are letting the pain bother you so much and work on fixing that. You can only control how you react to something, you can not control that something.
