If you are in this group your goal this year is to loose weight, this is challenging, FOR EVERYONE! Don't give up, find your stride, exercise should be fun (if it isn't find something you actually like to do) and eat well! Break your goal down into small obtainable goals, cutting out carbs, but just in the morning, exercising, for 10 minutes-3 times a day, giving up sweets, every other day! What are some things you are doing this month to reach your goal?

Bummed that I hurt my knee running and after resting it for a week and half I still cannot run without pain, still pressing forward with other exercise, don't give up!
