I'm afraid i'll get back all the weight i lost if i allow my

i'm afraid i'll get back all the weight i lost if i allow myself to eat sweets. last year i decided i wouldnt eat sweets again (or, at least, buy simetimes only the healthy kind; which means whole-grain cakes, 0 pies, etc), but i eventually reintroduced sweets in my life. i was always afraid of losing control, but i felt i was doing ok. now i'm too stressed out and i feel that i'm going to lose control one day or another. i'm now tryin to create the habit of not eating refined sugar. did ok for 6 days, then failed.
do you guys think this is gonna work? i mean, no refined sugar?

I do really well, and then stress kicks in and then so does chocolate...I tend to go towards the unprocessed, unrefined to help myself get back on track. frozen blueberries when I want sweets etc...
