I'm disappointed in myself. I lost 35 pounds 2 years ago and have put 25 back on. Binge eating is the reason. I don't know why I do it. I like to think I know better than to let this get the best of me, but I still pound food like a famine may start tomorrow. Did it again tonight. Any "tricks" or suggestions to help break the cycle?

Welcome to our group. Why not continue to explore your eating disorder by maintaining membership at this site. Many good ideas are shared as well as support. My first tip when suffering from a binge urge is to take four slow deep breaths. Inhale to a slow count of four, then exhale to a slow count of four. Repeat this cycle three more times.
