I'm doing better today since joining this group than I had been. On track with my food. I feel really good drinking my high protein, protein shake with a large pear with my vitamins around lunch time. I cant eat breakfast, it's makes me very sick if I do. For my dinner, I'll have my eating disorder meal plan food from my dietician, and my daily nutrients will be up where they r suppose to be. So the key for me is to NOT take that 1st bite after my dinner, (which is very filling). I know what will happen to me if I do take that 1st bite. I have to work on imagining what it is like to LIVE a life and not just survive in one. Today I'm going to picture a new healthier me, and convince myself that I'll like it.

i have been doing better too. i have been drinking protein shakes and overeating less often. and eating fruits and veggies. :) good job on your progress!
