I'm new to this group and wondering whether there are people

I'm new to this group and wondering whether there are people out there who emotionally eat without much thought to weight/body shape? I've been "obsessed" with food for as long as I can remember and know my relationship with it is not healthy. I'm just starting on my journey to gain control now - anyone else on the same path?
