I'm running out of food to eat. Between fodmaps and gluten free, in addition to several other things I have to stay away from...eating is so boring now!

I know I need to avoid gluten and nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, white potatoes and eggplant), and I'm checking out whether corn and soy bother me right now. I understand how hard it is! I also think a vegan diet would be healthiest. So...I'm not sure what to eat either. I don't much like beans, and without being able to put any sort of tomato or peppers on them (chili, bell or jalapeno), I'm stumped. I think I'm eating too many brown rice noodles.

Not being able to season food is tough! No garlic of onions, for me…careful w/ the brown rice, they’re linking it to arsenic, sorry for the bad news :frowning:
