I'm so frustrated my mom is driving me insane and my dad is so sensitive. I'm almost 30 and I have cerebral palsy I'm a senior at Montgomery County Community College I had to miss two semesters because I had to regain my walking. My dad can be extremely sensitive and my mom complains constantly and they wonder why I go to college. All I hear is "I have a lot on my plate" I want to scream I don't care how stressed out you are. You're not the only one. I don't understand why they didn't send me away to college. It wasn't because they didn't have enough money it's because of my disability.
Have you thought about applying to school solo and living on your own, there are plenty of resources available that would allow you to do this. Something to think about.
