im so stressed i dont even know what to do ive wanted to cut myself but i dont i just need someone to tell me what to do

Don't know what sort of situation is stressing you so can't really 'tell you what to do', but here's how I try to handle stress, maybe this will sound good to you.
if the things that stress me out are within my ability to deal with immediately, I like to make a structured list of the order of the steps I need to take to deal with them, and then go through that one at a time, only stressing about one step at once. Helps keep things more manageable.
For stress caused by things I cannot immediately deal with I try to distract myself and do a daily progressive muscle relaxation which helps me stay calm.

Sometimes, light classical can be very soothing to me. Depending on a persons preference. Yet, sometimes a "Tool" song - end of the world ~ is strangely helpful.
