I think it is. You have to look after yourself and do what's right for you. I think people also often don't work at changing what they need to if others enable them to keep on as they are or clean up all the messes they get into.

@InMyDreams I can’t believe I said it actually. I feel like I’ve always enabled and there is just a point no matter what you see and how much you give It isn’t in your hands to fix the problems of others. I feel selfish saying that but it’s the truth. I do it in relationships as well as with family and frI ends and it never helps to have a better relationship or them to have a better life. I’m sorry she divorced you because you couldn’t watch her hurt herself anymore. It was never in your hands.
