It will be my birthday in about 30 minutes and I want to start dealing with my sugar addiction. First step will be to throw out high-sugar items.
Anyone have additional tips for breaking sugar addiction? (Must go now. Only 30 minutes left to eat every sugary item in the house.)
Haha, yes I hear you on eating everything possible before cutting it out. The fact is, sugar will always be there and you will never eat it all or try everything there is to try. Sometimes something that helps me say "no" to sugar is recognizing the similarities in all the sweets like cookies, cakes, candies. When I realize it's not going to rock my world or change my life for the better to eat it, it's easier to say "no thanks"
