It's 4 p.m. where I am (Eastern Standard Time). It's the time of day I usually start getting tired. I would kill for a diet dr pepper or anything with caffeine in it, for that matter. But I know if I drink caffeine too late in the day, I won't be able to sleep tonight. I get insomnia even if I don't drink caffeine late, but it is worse when I do. so, what's a girl to do to stay awake and not start getting depressed? Any ideas?

Maybe if you start giving up caffeine it will help the insomnia over the long run and regulate your sleep schedule. Hugs!

Right now, I drink one can of diet dr. pepper in the morning and one in the early afternoon. Maybe I can try cutting it down to just the one in the morning. I'll try it. Thank's for the suggestion. I'm willing to try anything at this point. annie
